POLEPOX-AC 410 Resurfacer provides better adhesion onto asphalt and concrete surfaces by filling the rough and porous structure.

Areas of Application
- POLEPOX-AC 410 can be safely applied to all amateur and professional tennis court applications on asphalt and concrete surfaces.
- It is also suitable for basketball, volleyball, and similar area applications.
Surface Preparation
Asphalt Surface:
- Old Asphalt Surface: Surfaces should be cleaned of dust, stain, and impurities. To provide better adhesion, a blowtorch should be used to heat the surfaces before applying new asphalt. Repair is done by POLEPOX-AC 410 due to filler particle size. After drying, capillary cleaning should be done by 6 bar pressurized water.
- New Asphalt Surface: Prior to preparation, the old surface should be treated by filler (including 5% humidity). The surface is coated with Geotextile (80 gr/m2 - 120 gr/m2) before asphalt applications. Asphalt is applied with the required slope. Wait 14 days for desired dryness. Capillary cleaning with 6 bar pressurized water is required to remove dust and stains.
Concrete Surface:
- Surfaces should be cleaned of dust, stain, and impurities. Repair is performed using an Acrylic repair binder due to filler particle size.
Application
POLEPOX-AC 410 Resurfacer is mixed with 60% silica sand and diluted with water by 30-40% ratio. It is applied by a squeegee in 1 or 2 layers.

Packaging and Storage
The goods should be stored in clean and dry areas, kept away from sun, rain, and extreme hot/cold weather. Unopened goods can be stored for 12 months. Keep out of reach of children (S2).
