POLEPOX-AC-440
Acrylic based, waterborne, breathable tennis court paint that is resistant to exterior conditions. It is designed especially for tennis courts and can be applied to basketball, volleyball, and other exterior areas.

AREAS OF APPLICATION
POLEPOX-AC-440 can be safely applied to all amateur and professional tennis court applications on asphalt and concrete surfaces. It is also suitable for basketball, volleyball, and similar area applications.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Asphalt Surface:
- Old Asphalt Surface: Clean of dust, stains, and impurities. Use a blowtorch to heat surfaces before new asphalt application for better adhesion. Repair with POLEPOX-AC 1000. Perform capillary cleaning with 6 bar pressurized water after drying.
- New Asphalt Surface: Treat old surfaces with filler (including 5% humidity). Coat surface with Geotextile (80 gr/m2 - 120 gr/m2) before asphalt. Apply asphalt with required slopes. Wait 14 days for desired dryness. Clean with 6 bar pressurized water.
- Concrete Surface: Surfaces must be cleaned of dust, stains, and impurities. Repair with PTA-AC 1000.
APPLICATION
Apply onto prepared surface using a squeegee. For the first 2 layers, use a mixture of 60% silica sand and 20-30% water. For the top layer, use 5-10% dilution.
STORAGE
Store in clean, dry areas away from sun, rain, and extreme temperatures. Unsealed goods can be stored for 12 months.
