POLEPOX-AC-PRIMER 400
Acrylic surface primer for tennis court floors (ACRYLIC PRIMER). POLEPOX-AC-PRIMER 400 is a transparent, one-component acrylic latex polymer material.
Usage Places:Used on concrete or asphalt floors where the tennis court system will be applied. Used to increase adherence.

CONSUMPTION
POLEPOX-AC-PRIMER 400 is a ready-to-use product. 6.5 m² area can be impregnated with 1 kg product. However, the consumption still varies depending on the absorbency of the surface.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Cleaning Tools and Equipment: All tools used in applications can be cleaned with water without drying.
- Packaging: 50 KG Plastic drum.
- Storage: It should be stored in unopened original locked packages, in cool and dry environments and protected from frost.
- Shelf Life: It is 12 months from the date of production at temperatures of 15-25°C under suitable storage conditions.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
During the application, work clothes, protective glasses, masks, gloves suitable for Occupational and Worker health should definitely be used. The application must be made in ventilated environments, and contact of food and beverage materials with products should be strictly avoided. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Surface Preparation:
- New hot asphalt surfaces must have cured for a minimum of 14 days, and new concrete surfaces for a minimum of 28 days.
- After removing the mortar residue etc. on the cured surface by light sanding or brushing, the selected primer is applied.
- Loose particles such as old paint, dirt, dust, etc. on the old concrete and cement plaster surface are removed by sandblasting, scraping and brushing.
- Oil and grease residues are cleaned with detergent water; if neutralization is required, the surface is wiped with 3-4% hydrochloric acid or acetic acid solution and washed with pressurized water.
- Before applying POLEPOX-AC-PRIMER 400, the floor must be completely dry.
Surface Repairs:
- The court surface is wetted with water and left to dry.
- During drying, water accumulates in the hollow areas.
- After these areas are determined with chalk, following the complete drying of the surface.
Application Methods:
- Should be applied with a brush or roller.
ATTENTION
- Should never be applied in rainy weather.
- Surface temperature should be minimum 14°C and maximum 60°C for application.
- In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature and insufficient ventilation may delay the drying time.
- Since it is a water-based acrylic polymer, storage and shipping should be protected from instant freezing.
