POLEPOX-AQUA BT
One-component, solvent-free waterproofing product based on rubber-bitumen. After application and drying, it forms a seamless and waterproof coating on the surface. It maintains its properties across a wide temperature range. It is fully resistant to UV rays and outdoor weather conditions. It is suitable for areas exposed to direct sunlight, such as terraces, flat roofs, and roof streams. The material features high elasticity (2000%) and crack-bridging properties. It is designed for underground use, being unaffected by microorganisms and aggressive groundwater. It adheres strongly to many dry and slightly moist, absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, and does not separate or swell over time.
AREAS OF USE AND ADVANTAGES
This product is applied from the direction of water ingress in indoor/outdoor, vertical, and horizontal applications. It serves as waterproofing on various surfaces including roofs, felted insulations, asphalt, lead, zinc, aluminum, concrete, wood, and wavy sheet metal. It is used for retaining walls, foundation curtains, vents, and underground parts of art structures for protection against water and moisture. It is also used for bonding thermal insulation plates. Being single-component and ready-to-use, it is easy to apply. It can be applied via brush or spray machine even on fresh concrete and damp surfaces. It is resistant to freeze-thaw cycles, soil chemicals, and is an environmentally friendly, solvent-free product.

PROTECTION OF THE COATING AND CLEANING
The foundation pit should not be filled until the coating has dried satisfactorily. During filling, the coating must be protected from impacts using appropriate drainage plates and thermal insulation boards. Drainage plates should be connected to drainage pipes to ensure the water is drained. Quarry stone, earthmoving debris, and construction rubble are not suitable for filling. After application, tools should be cleaned with soapy warm water. Hardened material can be mechanically removed with an appropriate solvent.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
The product is available in 20-liter plastic buckets. It should be stored in unopened original packaging in a cool, dry environment protected from frost. Pallets should not be stacked and should follow a "first-in, first-out" shipping system. Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging.
