POLEPOX-PU PRIMER 105
POLEPOX-PU PRIMER 105 is a two-component, solvent-free primer material. It is specially designed to strengthen adhesion on wet or damp concrete. It cures in a short time and does not contain toxic substances.

APPLICATION & MIXING PROCEDURE
Surface Preparation: The surface should be cleaned using high-pressure water if possible; oil, grease, fuel, and paraffin waste should be removed, as well as being completely free from mold release agents, cement residues, chips, loose particles, and cured membranes.
Mix: Mix the two components thoroughly with each other. To extend the container life in extremely hot weather, pour the mixture into a wide and shallow container.
Thinning: * Use only SOLVENTS for thinning; apply only outdoors/in a well-ventilated environment.
- Do not thin the material during applications on a damp, wet, or saturated surface.
- Thin it by 5-10% to extend the life of the container and/or reduce consumption.
- For applications on non-porous dry concrete, dilute it to a greater extent.
- Apply it with a brush or roller.
Cleaning: After cleaning the tools and equipment with a paper towel, wipe them with a SOLVENT. Rolls cannot be reused.

SHELF LIFE AND PACKING
Shelf Life: It can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in unopened original buckets in dry environments with temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Decanted original buckets can be stored in dry environments between 5°C and 25°C in unopened original buckets. The material in the opened bucket should be used as soon as possible.
PACKING: 20 kg set of POLEPOX-PU PRIMER 105 consists of Component A in one pail of net 13 kg and Component B in one gallon of net 7 kg.
