APPLICATION INFORMATION

Component A is equipped with a low-speed (300-400 rpm) mechanical mixer with its own in it, it is mixed until it becomes homogeneous. Then component B is added to component A and the mixture is mixed until it becomes homogeneous. The material is applied to the surface with a spatula, trowel. The prepared mixture is mixed with max. it should be consumed within 35 minutes.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface finish concrete: Concrete surface must be clean, sound and of sufficient compressive strength (>25N/mm²) tensile strength >1.5 N/mm². The concrete floor to be insulated must be solid there should be no play on the surface. The layer of sorbet on the surface must be removed without fail. The concrete to be insulated must be at least C25, preferably C30 – C35 standard.

Surface Preparation (Concrete Surfaces): The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water, cleaned of oil, grease, dirt, mortar particles and dust. Concrete surfaces should be prepared in such a way that an open porous surface is obtained by removing the cement grout using abrasive equipment. It should also be completely free from mold release agents, cement residue chips, loose particles and uncured membranes.
