POLEPOX-EPX 382 CARBON
POLEPOX EPX 382 is used for bonding and saturating carbon fiber fabrics. It is preferred in the production of concrete, wood, metal, and composite fiber laminates. It is specifically used for bonding carbon fiber (fiber polymer) materials to structures in elements to be reinforced with the FIB system.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Condition Requirement Surface Strength Concrete compressive strength must be minimum 25 N/mm2 and tensile strength must be minimum 1.5 N/mm2. Ambient Temperature Application must be avoided in temperatures below 10°C and very humid ambiances. Mixture Rates Mixture rates must be paid attention to strictly.
SURFACE AND MIXTURE PREPARATION
- Surface Preparation: The surface must be completely cleaned of free particles and paint residues. Fractures and cracks must be repaired. Surfaces must be roughened and cleaned of dust, oil, and dirt. Steel surfaces must be cleaned of rust with a vacuum sweeper. Anchorage holes must be cleaned with pressurized air while planting dowels.
- Mixture Preparation: Being careful with the mixture ratios of A and B components, it must be mixed for at least 3-4 minutes with a trowel or low speed mixer until a homogenous mixture is obtained. The product is ready for application after mixing.
SAFETY, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
- Safety: This product is for professional use. Pay attention to the safety warnings on the package before use and consult the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) when needed. Do not inhale, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and do not swallow; use proper work safety equipment. Take safety precautions for environment protection as well as fire and explosion danger, and apply in well-ventilated areas.
- Storage: The product must be stored between 5-35°C. It must not be subjected to direct sunlight. Opened products must be stored in their original packaging with the lid firmly sealed.
