Application Information
Preparation of the Mixture: The product is two-component and should be prepared in the specified mixing ratio based on the amount to be consumed, considering the pot life. Ensure the product temperature is not less than 15°C for a homogeneous mix. Mix Component A with a mechanical mixer, then add the hardener (Component B) while respecting the mixing ratio. Mix with a mechanical mixer for at least 3 minutes until homogeneous. Consume the mixture before the pot life expires.
Application to the Surface: Apply the prepared mixture with a notched trowel. Applying a moving or constant pressure on the glued surfaces is critical for the performance of the adhesive. Pressure ensures all surfaces contact the adhesive, transferring it uniformly.
Cleaning of Tools: Excess glue and tools can be cleaned with a cellulosic or polyurethane thinner while the glue is fresh. Hardened adhesive can only be cleaned mechanically.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: 20 kg set (Component A: 18 kg bucket, Component B: 2 kg gallon).
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 1 year in unopened original packaging when stored correctly.
