POLEPOX PU SL 550
Polyester polyurethane resin-based, two-component, solvent-free, and colored floor covering material. It is designed as a self-leveling, flexible floor covering for outdoor athletic tracks.
Place of Use
- Used as a 2-3 mm self-leveling coating on sports fields.

Application Information
Preparation of the Mixture: Prepare only the amount to be consumed, following the specified ratios and considering the pot life. Ensure product temperature is at least 15°C for a homogeneous mix. Mix Component A with a mechanical mixer, then add Component B (hardener) while respecting the ratio. Mix for at least 3 minutes and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before application.
Application to the Surface: Apply the mixture using a notched trowel or a comb to achieve the desired dry film thickness.
Material Consumption: 1.1 - 1.2 kg of POLEPOX PU SL 550 is required to create a 1.0 mm thick coating per 1 m2.
Cleaning of Tools: Use Cellulosic or Polyurethane thinner.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: 25 kg set (Component A: 20 kg bucket, Component B: 5 kg gallon).
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life in unopened original packaging is 1 year when stored correctly.
