POLEPOX-LITHIUM
POLEPOX-LITHIUM is a Chemical Concrete Hardener, Preservative, and Concentrator. It is a Nano Lithium Surface Treatment that penetrates concrete floors via chemical reaction to form a dense, durable, breathable, and wear-resistant inorganic surface layer. It is an excellent solution for concrete floors requiring long-term protection against heavy wear, moisture, dirt, alkalinity, and blooming (salt residue). POLEPOX-LITHIUM is colorless, odorless, water-based, VOC-compliant, and environmentally safe.
SIGNIFICANT BENEFITS
- Penetrates deeply into concrete capillaries and reacts with free lime to form a permanent, insoluble bond.
- Creates a breathable, dense, and wear-resistant protective surface.
- Results in a stronger, impermeable, dust-proof, anti-staining, and better-looking (satin-gloss) surface.
- Reduces maintenance, cleaning, and repair costs.
UNIQUE CHEMISTRY
The unique reactive chemistry of POLEPOX-LITHIUM forms insoluble tri-calcium silicate compounds that bind microparticles together. This forms a non-expanding gel stronger than the cement itself, which quickly cures into inorganic cement. Its lower viscosity provides superior penetration for consistent and uniform curing. Nano Lithium technology does not absorb water after curing and is suitable for both new and existing concrete in indoor or outdoor environments.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
New Concrete:
- Apply immediately after the last trowel drawing.
- Remove impurities such as mold oil, dust, and laitance.
- Use a low-pressure spray or HVLP to apply enough product to keep the surface wet for 15-20 minutes.
- Allow to dry (1-2 hours) and then apply an approved curing agent.
Existing (Old) Concrete:
- Clean surfaces mechanically and patch damaged areas.
- Clean oil and residues with neutral pH detergent. Acid etching is not recommended.
- Apply to keep the surface moist for 20 minutes and leave to dry.
