Application Procedure
Mixing: POLEPOX POLYUREA HB may not be diluted under any circumstances. Thoroughly mix Part-A (Resin side) with air-driven power equipment until a homogeneous mixture and color is obtained.
Application Conditions: Both Side-A and Side-B materials should be preconditioned to 25°C before application. Recommended surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point. Apply using heated, high-pressure 1:1 spray mixing equipment such as Graco’s Reactor. Spray at a minimum of 2000 psi and at temperatures above 66°C.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: 420 KG Set (Component A: 200 KG, Component B: 220 KG).
- Shelf Life: One (1) year from date of manufacture in factory-sealed containers.
- Storage: Store drums above 15°C and avoid freezing. Use wooden pallets to avoid direct contact with the ground. Rotate drums regularly if stored for a long period.
