POLEPOX- POLYUREA SF
Fast-setting, rapid-curing, 100% solids, flexible, aromatic, two-component PURE spray polyurea that can be applied to suitably prepared concrete and metal surfaces. For a healthy application, the surface humidity should be below 5°C. It is fast curing with a touch-drying time of less than 30 seconds, 550% elongation, a flexible structure, and a Shore 50D hardness rating. It adheres tightly to the surface, eliminating contact with the external environment, preventing water/air permeability, and offering resistance to abrasion, vibration, and impact.

Application Procedure
Mixing: POLEPOX POLYUREA SF must not be diluted. Mix Part-A (Resin side) thoroughly with air-driven equipment until a homogeneous color is achieved.
Application: Precondition materials to 25°C. Surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point. Apply using heated, high-pressure 1:1 spray equipment like Graco's Reactor. Both parts should be sprayed at minimum 2000 psi and temperatures above 66°C. Maintain adequate pressure and temperature at all times.
Packing & Storage
- Packaging: 420 KG SET (A: 200 KG, B: 220 KG).
- Shelf Life: One (1) year from manufacture in sealed containers.
- Storage: Store drums above 15°C. Use wooden pallets to avoid ground contact. Rotate drums regularly if stored long-term.
