POLEPOX-PU 450 2K
Two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane-based waterproofing floor covering. It cures by chemical reaction to form a monolithic coating that is medium-hard, wear-resistant, and does not require joints. It is easy to clean and maintain and provides crack bridging due to its elastomeric structure.

Application Procedure
Application: After ensuring components A and B are mixed homogeneously, pour POLEPOX-PU 450 2K onto the prepared floor and spread with a notched trowel selected based on desired thickness. Start hedgehog roll application within 5-10 minutes after spreading. Continue hedgehog rolling until all trapped air is released. Stop the application before the material loses its fluidity to avoid leaving roller marks on the surface.
Mixing: Homogeneous mixing is vital for maximum performance. First, mix component A to homogenize any settling. Pour component A into component B. Stir with a mixer at 200-300 rpm for at least 3-4 minutes. Scrape the walls and bottom of the packaging thoroughly. Stir for another 1 minute. Add the specified amount of dried silica sand and stir for an additional 3 minutes. Wait 2 minutes after mixing before pouring onto the floor.
Surface Protection
POLEPOX-PU 450 2K yellows under direct sunlight, but mechanical properties remain unchanged. POLEPOX-PU 290 TP aliphatic topcoat can be applied to increase UV, chemical, and wear resistance.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: 20 kg set (Component A: 17 kg, Component B: 3 kg).
- Storage Conditions: Store in original packaging between +5°C and +30°C in a dry environment protected from frost.
- Shelf Life: 12 months from production date if stored correctly.
- Maximum 3 pallets can be stacked; avoid stacking for long-term storage.
