POLEPOX-ASP 765
100% solids, two-component, coloured, cold applied polyaspartic coating. It provides high mechanical strength, enhanced hardness, watertightness, and resistance to wear. It can be applied on uneven surfaces. Rapid polymerisation makes it walkable after 2 hours. It is resistant to atmospheric agents. Once dry, it forms a continuous waterproof membrane adhered to the substrate, without joints or need for overlap or reinforcement (only specific points need reinforcement). Used to execute flooring that is easy to clean and maintain, with high mechanical and chemical performance. After curing, POLEPOX-ASP 765 is waterproof, resistant to chemical agents, frost, and weathering.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Substrate Preparation:
- Ensure the substrate is hard, dry (max 4% humidity), solid, and free of laitance, grease, dust, or other loose particles such as paint, release agents, limescale, mortar, plaster, or adhesive residues.
- Remove all traces of varnish, waxes, fats, oils, and similar contaminants prior to mechanical preparation.
- Prepare substrate with specialist machinery (sanding, milling, or blasting depending on state) and vacuum.
- Carry out repair work and fill any holes/cracks using the most appropriate product from the POLEPOX range.
- Properly treat and seal all joints or gaps where differential movement is expected.
- When applied on metal surfaces, sandblast for cleaning/preparation.
Primer:
- Before applying POLEPOX-ASP 765, prime the substrate with POLEPOX-EPX WB 350, POLEPOX EPX 301, or a suitable primer from our range.
- Do not allow the primer to dry longer than indicated in its technical sheet; otherwise, it must be sanded and re-primed.
Mixture:
- Stir individual components before mixing.
- Pour component B into component A and mix thoroughly with a low-speed mixer for at least 3 minutes.
- Part of the mixture can be used to gather residues from the component B container.
- This returned mixture should be stirred in the main container for a further 30 seconds.
- This ensures product consistency and facilitates subsequent residue management.
Recommendations and Limitations:
- Use immediately after mixing.
- High reactivity causes the mixture to heat up towards the end of its useful life, resulting in a sharp decline in Pot-Life.
- Heat increases in proportion to the amount of resin remaining; do not touch the drum in such cases.
- In case of fumes, place the lid loosely and move to a cool or outdoor area.
- Do not apply on substrates subject to immersion like swimming pools or reservoirs.
- Do not use if temperatures are less than $-5^{\circ}C$ or less than $3^{\circ}C$ above the dew point.
- Do not use where temperatures exceed $30^{\circ}C$ or humidity exceeds 75%.
- Maximum substrate moisture: 4%.
- Do not use airless equipment.
- If Pot-Life is exceeded, the product must be disposed of.
Method of Application (Multilayer):
- Add 30-50% 0.4mm quartz sand to the mix. Spread immediately using a rubber squeegee and finish with a medium nap roller.
- While wet, sprinkle with 0.6mm or 0.8mm quartz aggregate to saturation.
- Once cured (approx. 2h at $20^{\circ}C$), sweep and vacuum unbound aggregate.
- Repeat until the desired thickness is achieved.
- The finishing coat of POLEPOX-ASP 765 is applied with a rubber squeegee and short nap roller to seal the surface.
