POLEPOX-PU CRETE 250
POLEPOX-PU CRETE 250 provides a smooth protective floor finish suitable for applications in predominantly dry environments. It is dense and impervious, providing the ideal floor finish for applications in the food, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries, including clean rooms, laboratories, packing halls, and warehouse applications. It is recommended wherever a robust, long-lived floor is required.
TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE
- POLEPOX-PU CRETE 250 is fully resistant to liquid spillage and discharge up to 70°C.
- Suitable for freezer temperatures down to -15°C.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
POLEPOX-PU CRETE 250 offers exceptional resistance to a wide range of chemical aggressors.
- Organic Acids: Most dilute and concentrated organic acids such as Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid, Oleic Acid, and Citric Acid.
- Mineral Acids: Dilute and concentrated hydrochloric, nitric, phosphoric, and sulphuric acids.
- Alkalis: Dilute and concentrated alkalis, including sodium hydroxide up to 50% concentration.
- Fats and Oils: Animal fats, vegetable oils, sugars, flavourings, and essences.
- Solvents and Fuels: Mineral oils, kerosene, gasoline, brake fluids, and organic solvents like Methanol, Xylene, Ethers, and Chlorinated solvents.
- Note: Some staining or discolouration may occur with some chemicals depending on the nature of the spillage.
COLOURS
POLEPOX-PU CRETE 250 is available in many colours : Red, Grey, Green, Yellow, Blue, Green/Brown, Orange, Cream. UV Note: Due to the formulation for high chemical and heat resistance, some yellowing will occur in areas of direct UV exposure. This is most apparent in lighter colours.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
- Best results are achieved when materials, substrate, and air temperature are between 10-35°C.
- Low temperatures will retard the setting and can impair visual appearance.
- High temperatures will shorten the open time.
- Condensation and low temperatures can cause a white bloom on the surface.
APPLICATION CONSUMPTION
- 4mm: 10 kg/m²
- 6mm: 12-14 kg/m²
