two-component, solvent-free polyurethane-based material that adheres perfectly to almost any type of surface. After curing, it forms a hard, slightly elastic strong film. Its content is based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane resin and very low amounts of special inorganic fillers, which give the material excellent resistance strength to abrasion and chemical influences.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be free of oil, grease and moisture before the application. Clean the surface using a high pressure washer and remove oil, grease and wax contaminants, cement laitance, loose particles and mould release agents must be removed. Fill surface irregularities with the relevant product.
PRIMING
Prime very absorbent and brittle concrete or brittle cement screed surfaces with POLYUREA PRIMER (Humidity of the concrete should not exceed 5%). Prime non-absorbent surfaces like metal, ceramic tiles and old coatings with POLEPOX-PU PRIMER 100.
APPLICATION
First, mix the portion (Component A) with a low-speed mixer for a few minutes before using. Add component B to one component, mix the mixture on low speed for 3 or 5 minutes. Apply the mixture to the primed surface in one or two coats with a trowel.

CONSUMPTION AND PACKAGING
- Consumption: Total consumption min. 1.50 - 2.0 kg/m².
- Packaging: Component A (20 kg) + Component B (5 kg). SET: 25 KG.
- Shelf Life: Can be kept for minimum 12 months in the original sealed pails in dry places and at temperatures of +5°C and +25°C. Once opened, use as soon as possible.
