APPLICATION INFORMATION
Mixing: A homogeneous mixture of components A and B is essential for maximum performance. First, component A should be mixed until homogenized. Pour component A into component B and stir with a mixer at 200-300 rpm for at least 3-4 minutes. Thoroughly scrape the packaging walls and bottom with a trowel. Stir for another minute, then add a predetermined amount of special dried silica sand and mix for an additional 3 minutes. It is recommended to wait for 2 minutes after mixing before pouring it on the floor.
Method of Application: The mixture is poured onto the prepared surface and spread using a notched trowel selected based on the desired thickness. Hedgehog (spiked) roll application must start within 5-10 minutes immediately after spreading. Continue using the spiked roller until all trapped air is released. Monitor the fluidity of the material and stop the rolling process before it sets to avoid leaving permanent roller marks.
Surface Protection: The product may turn yellow when exposed to direct sunlight, but its mechanical properties remain unchanged. To increase UV resistance, aliphatic UV-resistant POLEPOX-PU topcoats can be applied.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
- Packaging: 20 kg set (Component A: 17 kg, Component B: 3 kg).
- Storage: Store in original packaging between $+5^{\circ}C$ and $+30^{\circ}C$ in a dry environment, protected from frost. Do not exceed 3 pallets high for short-term storage. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date under proper conditions.
