Modern surface coating system produced as an alternative to conventional materials like asphalt, concrete, and cobblestones. By mixing naturally occurring pebbles of different colors and sizes with a specially formulated, transparent, UV-resistant aliphatic polymer resin, it creates high-strength, natural-looking surfaces on asphalt or concrete. It offers design flexibility and endless color options for architects and landscape designers. Its pervious structure prevents water accumulation by allowing immediate evacuation of base water, minimizing flood risks in urban designs.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Primary Application (Primer): Asphalt or concrete floors with fixed slopes must be cleaned of dust, dirt, and moisture. A UV-resistant primer layer is applied using rollers (consumption $0.200\text{ kg/m}^2$). This layer ensures a strong bond between the base and the coating.
Binding Resin Application: After the primer dries, the first stage involving 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm pebbles is cast. The pebbles are mixed with 8% by weight of the stone binder resin.
Floor Coating Instruction: To obtain 1 cm thickness, use 17 kg of pebbles mixed with 8% POLEPOX-PU STONE 1K. The mixture is laid and compressed using finisher machines. The drying time is approximately 8-12 hours, during which the area must not be accessed. For small or inaccessible areas, manual application is possible.
NOTE: A thickness of 1 cm is the minimum; 1.5 cm is recommended for a permanent and healthy application.
