Surface Preparation
To achieve the highest level of performance, sandblasting should be carried out at the Tu 2 ½ level. The sandblasted surface should be primed with an epoxy primer rich in zinc powder or an epoxy primer rich in zinc phosphate, as well as the necessary dry film, taking into account the product information.
For concrete surfaces, the concrete surface should be clean, firm and have sufficient compressive strength (>25N/mm²), tensile strength >1.5N/mm². The concrete floor to be insulated must be solid there should be no play on the surface. The coating layer on the surface must be removed without fail. The concrete to be insulated must be at least C25, preferably C30 – C35 standard.
