POLEPOX-EPX 365 2K solvent free epoxy based transparent topcoat. No color change, blistering, or pinholes occur on the surface. Application

• Primary application: Concrete floor with fixed slopes are first cleaned of all types of dust, dirt and moisture. Then, using rollers, a epoxy primer layer is applied on the floor (consumption m² / 0.200 kg). It is this layer that provides a strong bond between the base floor and the floor covering material.
• Binding Resin Application: After the primary layer dries, the first application stage is cast, consisting of pebble granules 2-4 or 4-7 mm thick. First, pebbles 2-4 or 4-7 mm thick are mixed with 5% stone binder (PTS STONE EPOXY RESIN).
• Floor Coating Instruction: In order to obtain 1 cm thickness from granules of 2-4 or 4-7 mm thickness, 17 kg pebble granules + 5% POLEPOX-EPX 365 RESIN should be used. Then the mixture is laid on the ground by compressing it with asphalt pouring machines with finisher machines. The drying time of the formed 1 cm thick stone floor granular layer is approximately 8-12 hours. During this period, the ground should never be entered. Thus, our natural stone floor covering with a total thickness of 1cm is prepared. The above-mentioned finisher has a width of 3 to 5 m and is applied by hand in areas shorter than this size or in areas where it is not possible for the finisher to enter.
• NOTE: Thickness of 1 cm is the minimum values (for healthy and permanent applications, it is recommended to apply stone flooring thickness 1.5 cm.)

Shelf Life

Keep in cool, dry, ventilated storage. Keep away from direct sunlight, sparks, and open flame. Do not smoke in the storage area. Close the container tightly after using it and place it safely to avoid spillage. Product should be stored according to technical safety information and legal obligations. Shelf life is 12 months.
