Surface Preparation

To achieve the highest level of performance, sandblasting should be carried out at the Tu 2 1/2 level. The sandblasted surface should be primed with an epoxy primer rich in zinc powder or an epoxy primer rich in zinc phosphate, as well as the necessary dry lm, taking into account the product Information. For concrete surfaces, the concrete surface should be clean, firm and have sufficient compressive strength $(>25N/mm^{2})$, tensile strength $>1.5N/mm^{2}$. The concrete floor to be insulated must be solid there should be no play on the surface. The coating layer on the surface must be removed without fail. The concrete to be insulated must be at least C25, preferably C30-C35 standart.

Method Of Application

The weak parts of the surfaces to be applied should be cleaned by milling, sand blasting or sanding. If the surface is too bright, it should be roughened again with a milling cutter or sandblasting and the specific surface should be increased. If there is oil on the surface, it should be burned, dirt and dust should be removed by vacuum. The cleaned surfaces are primed with a Solvent free Epoxy Primer (POLEPOX-EPX 301). Solvent-free Epoxy Self levelling (PTE-EX 250) is applied no later than 24 hours after primer application. If a smooth surface is desired, Solvent free Epoxy Self Leveling (POLEPOX-EPX 360) is applied with a trowel and gas bubbles are removed with a puffer roller.
