POLEPOX-EPX SL 325
It is an epoxy-based floor covering material with high mechanical strength and high chemical resistance that can self-spread without solvents.
FEATURES / ADVANTAGES
Excellent resistance to chemicals, friction, and abrasion. Creates a smooth, easy-to-clean, and hygienic surface. It does not require maintenance for a long time, is easy to apply, and contains no solvents.
APPLICATION AREAS
Ideal for factories, warehouses, shopping centers, workshops, aircraft hangars, schools, hospitals, pharmaceutical and food industries, laboratories, parking lots, and areas with heavy forklift traffic or corrosive chemicals.

SURFACE PREPARATION & APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Sheet Metal Surfaces: Sandblasting at SA 2 ½ level is required for peak performance. Prime with an epoxy primer rich in zinc powder or zinc phosphate.
- Concrete Surfaces: Must be clean, solid, and have compressive strength $>25 N/mm^2$ and tensile strength $>1.5 N/mm^2$. Remove cement grout/sorbet (Shot-Blast, etc.). Concrete should be at least C25 standard.
- Mixing: Mix Component A with a low-speed mechanical mixer until homogeneous. Add Component B and mix for 2 minutes.
- Application: Pour the mixture onto the primed surface and spread with a notched trowel. Use a hedgehog roller to eject trapped air. Consume within 40 minutes.
