METHOD OF APPLICATION & SURFACE PREPARATION
- Sheet Metal Surfaces: Sandblasting at SA 2 ½ level is required for peak performance. Prime with Zinc Dust-rich primer or zinc phosphate-rich Filler Primer to achieve the necessary dry film.
- Concrete Surfaces: Dust and loose tissues must be completely removed. Prime the surface with POLEPOX-EPX 301 Solvent-free Epoxy Impregnation primer. Repair cracks and pits using epoxy putty.
- Application: Apply POLEPOX-EPX TIX 340 over the primer using a brush, roller, or coral roller to create a pattern with approximately 200-300μ dry film thickness.
STORAGE & HEALTH AND SAFETY
