POLEPOX-EPX 355 ATC
It is a solvent-free self-leveling epoxy-based floor covering material with high mechanical strength and chemical resistance. There is no fiber layer on the surface.
Scope of Application It can be applied in aircraft hangars, automobile factories, health sector related laboratories, painting workshops, electrical and electronics laboratories.
Features It has very good resistance to chemicals, is resistant to friction and abrasion. It allows the static sieve formed on the surface to reach the conductors in the lower layer and reach the soil. It is non-fibrous. It creates a smooth surface, is easy to clean, hygienic, does not require maintenance for a long time, is easy to apply, does not contain solvents.

Method of Application
The weak parts of the surfaces to be applied should be cleaned by milling, sand blasting or sanding. If the surface is too bright, it should be roughened again with a milling cutter or sandblasting and the specific surface should be increased. If there is oil on the surface, it should be burned, dirt and dust should be removed by vacuum. The cleaned surfaces are primed with a Solvent-Free Epoxy Conductive Primer (POLEPOX-EPX 303). No later than 24 hours after primer application, Copper busbars are glued to the floor to form 0.5x0.5 m squares. After physical contact with each other, the Solvent-free Epoxy Conductor is applied with a Self-Leveling (POLEPOX-EPX 355 A) trowel. And with a hedgehog roll, gas bubbles are removed and left to dry.
